R just has to put his 2 cents in on stuff he doesn't know anything about. We have Canadian cast and I sent their paperwork around for signature knowing I didn't have all of the necessary documents on hand. He asks to look at one for L and gets all concerned about it and starts talking to me as if I didn't know that even non-citizens have to fill out I9's. I'm not stupid. I get paid a lot of money to do this job. And frankly, most actors end up finishing up their paperwork via fax because by the time I get it and see what's missing, they're long gone.
So do your job and let me do mine. I will ask if I have questions or need help.
