Sped just called me - she's back from her spinal tap. Hence the title. I feel all special, as I'm number 3 on the call list after the mom and mom-in-law.
She won't know the results until next Tuesday, but hopefully they'll get some real answers. At least the tap didn't hurt that much. She said they numbed the area and had an x-ray going so they could see where the vertebrae were and that besides the initial prick, it wasn't much. Unfortunately, they seemed to hit a nerve that causes dizziness and she ended up hurling her cream of wheat all over the table. She was embarrased and told the doctor at least she didn't pee herself. He told her that she had and let her believe it for a bit before he said he was joking. Funny. Ha Ha.
So good wishes to Sped that this is over soon. She's got babies she needs to start pumping out now that she and Dan are legal and all.
