It's over. Our buyer stepped up to our price on Sunday and we've sold the condo. It was kind of funny, as he waited until he'd brought his girlfriend by to look at the place before he answered. It's also kind of sad. I had so many plans for this place and so few of them ever got accomplished. Maybe I'll do better with the townhouse...
The husband and I went looking this weekend and found one really great condo. It's too far west, though. Not a lot by distance, but it adds on to the commute time. I just don't think it's going to be the place for us, but man did I like it. It was big and airy and had great views. It also had an attached garage, a loft, and a rooftop patio. I'm going to talk myself into it if I'm not careful.
