After seriously considering taking the condo off the market, we had someone come look at it today and have someone scheduled for tomorrow. Plus, the article in the paper said the average sale takes 30-90 days. We just hit 30.
Going now to take the old paint to the hazmat drop-off site then on to the dog park. May stop by Jackalope on the way home and see if they have anything that would work as a bench base...
