We got our 1st offer on the condo today and it's $37K less than our asking price. Our agent said she would have been embarrassed to submit an offer that low.
The husband wants to counter with $8k more than our asking price, but I just can't bring myself to do that. Maybe he's right that I just let everybody else take advantage of me - trying too hard to be polite and nice. Maybe we should just come back with a big "Frak You."
