I've been back to my boot camp 2 days in a row now and I have to say my quads are killing me. I can barely walk and stairs are murder - I'm like an old man hobbling around. Why I chose to wear a skirt and dress shoes I'll never know. At least they're not heels.
This morning I realized I didn't take my meds yesterday. I actually had to think through the days before I accepted the fact I had forgotten instead of the possibility of it still being Tuesday. Maybe that's why I was a bit of a basket case last night...
Husband, when you read this remind me I need to get the number for the HOA so I can call about the insurance. I keep forgetting and didn't have time this morning when I remembered.
