The actors have to sign what's called an Exhibit G. It's the form used to record the hours they work. One of our actors decided it would be funny to sign his name as "Pig Fucker", "Boner Pie", and "I'm Rad" on 3 different days. Gotta love 'em. Oh, and this isn't a newbie - he's been on a couple of well known tv shows.
I made a total stink about it because as much as I cuss, I found it offensive. Plus, those are legal documents and are sent to the Screen Actors Guild and the studio.
