The leader at my WW meeting has a 1 pound replica of human fat that is absolutely disgusting, but such a great motivator that I really want one. I finally looked for one online and they're about $30 with shipping. I've asked the husband to consider it. There is one guy who sells a 1 ounce version - you can carry it around with you more easily but I want the 1 pound version. It's much more visual and meaningful. Sometimes you go in and "only lose 1 lb" and it's nice to be reminded just how much that is.
