Wednesday is my traditional cheat day, but I find I'm less interested in splurging as much as I used to. The husband and I get fast food for dinner, but I'm more likely to eat my regular food during the day than to have more fast food or take-out. I do have more off-plan snacks, but even with those it's not a free-for-all. I'm choosier about what I eat (where before I used to eat whatever was available).
Now if I could just limit it to Wednesday and not let it bleed into Thursday...
