I'm trying to eat more healthy and I've been managing to do 1 week on, 1 week off with my WW. I was hoping to start doing 2 weeks on, 1 week off but today has not been an on day so far. We're shooting on the stage and the catering is Asian. I know I should have just hunkered down with my can of soup and carrots, but I didn't. I guess the question now is whether or not I accept that I ate too many points and move on, or call myself a failure and give it up for the day and/or week.
Seeing it in writing makes it super-clear. I'm not a failure - I enjoyed the lunch and now need to drink lots of water and not eat too many more points today. And tomorrow I need to go with the soup...
